The villa offers 3 spacious bedrooms with AC and private bathroom. The master bedroom, with bathtub and shower is on the same floor as the living room and kitchen. There is another bedroom with its own entrance and two single beds in the main house at pool level. The third bedroom is located in a separate annex with a private bathroom, an extra small kitchenette, and a private entrance, giving guests greater privacy.The interior is bright, with an equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker), an outdoor dining room and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals. The exterior features large private land and fenced, several seating areas, private pool surrounded by sun loungers, and a roof terrace with panoramic views of the sea and mountains.It should be noted that each double room has its own entrance and full bathroom included, and each of the rooms is located on a different floor.
