The property is just 3 km from the village of San José, where you will find restaurants, supermarkets, and all essential services, and approximately 10 km from Ibiza Town and the airport. It is also very close to some of the most beautiful beaches in the southwest of the island, such as Cala Jondal, Cala Carbó, and Cala d’Hort.
The house can accommodate up to 8 guests and features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, and several covered porches that allow you to enjoy the outdoors at different times of the day. The bedroom layout is comfortable and flexible: the master bedroom has a double bed, while two of the bedrooms have twin beds that can be arranged together as a double or separately depending on guests’ needs. The fourth bedroom, located near the living room, is slightly smaller and has a fixed double bed.
Outside, the property offers a large private and fenced plot surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation. The swimming pool is located approximately 20 meters from the house, within the same property, in a very pleasant area with sun loungers, several chill-out spaces, and an outdoor dining area by the pool, ideal for enjoying sunny days or al fresco dinners. Its use is exclusively reserved for the guests of the house during their stay.
Within the grounds, there are other small buildings belonging to the property that remain closed and are not used during the stay. The house, the pool, and all outdoor areas are entirely private and exclusively for guests, with no shared spaces.
